Moncla's is the premier catering and food service support company in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. What separates Moncla's from other catering and food service businesses is our experience and Moncla's emergency response division. Moncla's has been involved in large projects where disasters have impacted businesses and entire communities. Unlike some companies that have seemingly "sprung up overnight", we have been around for over eighty-nine years feeding on site at remote locations. Moncla's emergency response teams are equipped with all logistical supplies and equipment that are critical to support those involved in restoring order and services after all types of natural disasters and emergencies.
Our resume includes many refinery emergencies, hurricanes, oil spills and environmental clean up projects. We have experience feeding in excess of 6,000 meals per day at one location and over 10,000 meals per day at several base camps managed simultaneously.
If you are looking for an outfit that has "done it", then you have come to the right place. Our resources enable us to set up on location under almost any conditions for any length of time.
Where people need to eat "WE GO"!
