We are fully organized, equipped and staffed to prepare and serve over 6,000 fresh and delicious meals per day.

Our menus vary from deli sandwiches, barbecue, and more. With our mobile kitchens and mobile showers, we are ready and equipped to handle the largest of groups. Moncla’s can cook entire meals on location.
