THE BUSINESS
Moncla’s is a full-service food company located in Beaumont, Texas. Our business involves 5 company divisions:  Catering, Mobile Disaster Catering, Full Line Vending, Coffee Service and Institutional Food Service.  Moncla’s is the largest locally-owned catering company in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.

Today we specialize in all types of menus from barbeques to elegant hors d’oeuvres parties. Our commissary is known for producing the freshest homemade products such as our homemade rolls, potato salad, BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes and much more. Moncla’s variety of menus and quality of fresh products continue to make us first choice with customers throughout our region.

Moncla’s also specializes in on-site catering at your location. Our inventory consists of a large number of portable units such as Bar-B-Q pits, fry trucks, 48 ft. mobile kitchen, refrigerated trailers, refrigerated trucks and crawfish cookers.

OWNERS
Moncla’s is owned by two separate corporations: Moncla’s, Inc. with Ken Moncla as President and Moncla Investments with Randy Moncla as President. The two corporations are accounted for separately but interact on an operating basis.
 
Key Management:

KEN MONCLA
Ken oversees the accounting and administrative departments as well as the catering, commissary and institutional food operations. Ken is a graduate from Lamar University (1975) with a BBA in Management. Ken’s length of service with Moncla’s is over 28 years.

RANDY MONCLA
Randy oversees the operations of the vending division. Randy is a graduate of Del Mar College (1977) with a degree in Food Service Mgmt. Randy’s length of service is over 25 years.

BRIAN RICE
Operations Manager. Brian oversees the emergency response and field service operations divisions. Brian graduated from Texas A&M University in 1980. After a brief time in the oilfield with the Halliburton Co., Brian spent 22 years as a high volume restaurant operator.

SUMMARY
Moncla’s is locally-owned by Ken and Randy Moncla of Beaumont, Texas. Our family has been in business for over 92 years and has the reputation for supplying the highest quality food and service. Today we offer our customers the only fresh food vending commissary in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.
